Volkswagen is the world’s largest automaker. In Brazil, the company recently embraced a movement called “New Volkswagen,” investing in innovative technology and creative communication.
We joined forces with Volkswagen to create the concept of Dealership of the Future – an activation that allows customers to see the cars and accessories in a portable, modular, and intuitive fashion to offer an excellent sales experience. The action was a success, and all of the Latin American markets began using the tool. To create the project, we designed:
APPLICATIONS AND TOUCHSCREEN
With a touchscreen TV, it’s possible to browse all of the brand’s vehicles, look up their details, differentials, and purchase conditions using an app called Learn More Volkswagen.
With virtual reality goggles, customers can view the VW vehicles in their real sizes. This project used realistic renderings of the cars for users to be able to see all the details using the VR headset. They can interact inside some cars to view their features such as gearbox, dashboard, steering wheel, USB ports and so on.
We developed a companion app for tablets through which dealership employees are able to view the user’s VR journey in real time in order to offer the best sales experience possible.
Several stores across Latin America fitted with innovative digital tools that allow customers to have a brand new Volkswagen experience.
